Delivery Policy.
Once your purchase is complete, we aim to dispatch goods the same working day, as long as orders completed prior to 1pm, after that they are dispatched the next working day.
Our scale of charges are as follows, but please be aware that if you spend over £100 in one order with us then delivery is free to anywhere in the U.K. mainland only. Off shore mailing will be subject to surcharges applied by our courier service, so please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to provide you with costing.

Should an ordered item be found to be out of stock and the purchase complete, we will contact you to let you know the new delivery date. Or we will arrange for delivery direct from manufacturer to save you time. Should you have any queries about this please phone us on 01754 871342. In the event of this new delivery time not being suitable we will of course refund your money in full.
We would ask that when you receive your delivery you check it immediately for damage and function. If the unit is damaged in any way, then please do not hesitate to contact us by phone on 01754 871342 and report it, we will then instruct you on how to return the goods to us for replacement.
